How to Install
1. Goto Blogger Dashboard.
2. Click on Layout > Add a Gadget > More Gadgets > Contact form
3.Click Save Done.

How To Create Contact Page using official Blogger Contact Form Widget

1. After adding contact form widget, goto your blog and right click on contact form widget, select inspect element

2. Now copy the code between <div id="ContactForm" class="widget ContactForm">  and   <div class="clear"></div>. If confused watch this tutorial
3. Now goto blogger dashboard > Pages > New Page > Blank page and Give page tittle as contact us. Now select html, paste the code here and click publish button
